    This is my 1st try at building a prop from start to finish. Sorry i dont have all the photos. I started with an old plastic skull. I cut the eyes out ( to run the lights ) and opened up the jaw, covered the whole thing in paper mache. I took some eyes out of an old head that didnt work anymore...

    Have any other haunters here used this ? I have been looking around at this and picoboo. I like the looks of the Ardunio due to the fact that you have total controll over it all. but am not sure if it can run air cylenders and such. Any insight would be great.
