You trying to get me arrested with that sign? I don't think that would go well with parents. If I was doing adults only party... Whatever I end up doing with it, I will not have the stirrups out.

The only electric in it is an outlet on the back. No motors in it, unfortunately. The stirrups are fully retractable. Something might just have to go thump inside the cabinet.

I am loving the input on this. I do like the hideous Salmon color and would hate to ruin that, so maybe just some creepy cloth over it. An idea I had, was to have this as a photo opportunity. I 'may' just be sitting there myself in a straitjacket inviting ToTs to take a picture with me. So, I must come clean now, I have been doing a medical theme the last two years in my small yard and been searching something like this out and finally scored this from Craigslist for an unbelievable $30...

demongod replied to a thread Pneumatic: PIR sensor on a picoboo in Halloween Props
I found this on Frightprops. Ignore the voltage regulator since the sensor you have can handle the 12v directly from the Picoboo. I have not done this since but looks like it should work.

Why can't I come up with any ideas?

My find at a local home salvage store that is going out of business. An 8 image X-Ray illuminator. Each portion can be turned on and off independently. Marked as $75 but everything was 75% off, so hard to pass up for under $20. The only problem is the size and weight. 42" high and 56" wide and weighs about 150lbs.
