Hello Danski, I just read your 2016 post on making a simple talking skull. Where did you get the board?

Hi Danski...I didn't want to dominate your thread - especially since my info isn't the best so I thought I'd just message you directly. Hopefully you'll get some better responses.

Post 151 in that thread is the post by Jaybo that explains how to hook them up to a bigger battery pack without soldering. Still a little involved. And you'd need to buy the battery packs... these thingies...

It's a little beyond my skill level to solder the resistors (and I think elsewhere in the linked thread someone indicated that it was actually a little difficult just getting the thing open - leaving pretty sharp edges on the plastic.)

If you want to try something different, I did follow this video tutorial (building LED pin lights with wall wart from scratch) a couple years back with OK results (and bought the prewired LEDs from the source listed in the video) but it's no good if you're trying to work with what you have. Everything is really clearly explained though. I'm an idiot when it comes to this stuff so I was impressed it was doable.]

Thank you for the kind comments regarding my skeletons. What you don't see in the picture is that the legs are actually kicking. I received a lot of favorable comments on this prop.

    Thanks again.

At Big Lots today, found 8 LED mini flashlights, with batteries included, for $10.
Also posted in your thread too.
