Thanks cowboy316! I start with a light grey base, this batch had a blueish tone to it. Then I tea stain with black watered down paint, I make the tea stain with quite a bit of black in it so I don't have to do as many coats. Like probably 1 to 3 ratio of black acrylic paint and water. I applied 3 coats of the black tea stain, allowing it to dry in between. it's a good project for outside they dry a lot faster. After tea staining I very lightly dry brush on some crab apple green paint and for the final coat I dry brush on the same light grey base paint I started with. It's actually a lot of steps, these took a few hours to do. Hope this helps?!
