Hey I got a question for ya about a smoke detector; you being a hose puller I'm sure u can shed some light on the subject. I went to an audible alarm call which turned out to be a smoke detector . We get them from time to time when some idiot throws one in the trash with the battery in it. Anyway I pull in the block and I can hear it from four houses down. Its the standard audible smoke detector alarm that im familiar with but as I reach the door I hear a rapid secondary alarm I have never heard before. Dummy had left kielbasa cooking on the stove and fell asleep thru all that racket. I booted the door.... I put it out. The apartment was black with smoke . It had been going for white awhile. Anyway I had a hard time waking these people. I had to yell and scream and shake the **** out of this woman . I got slapped in the process when she woke up.My question is on a standard Kidde is that rapid alarm a co2 alarm? I've never heard it before...
Oh, that's funny about the code and so cute Very glad you are inspired to try the more involved props. To me they are scary (which I loved being scared) and satisfying. I'm an adrenaline junkie in trying new techniques.
Hello - I saw your question about the Hell Hound. I used PL300 which is a caulk tube of foamboard glue. But, if I was to do it over again - I think I'd use Glidden Gripper. The problem with PL300 is that if there is no air - it never dries. That complicated the carving because you keep hitting still wet glue.
well good luck with all that, going to the Blackhawks game tomorrow.....which should be awesome! good luck with the PSO program we fought ours and we won....they were not happy about that but oh well...have it good now....so it all worked out... and Happy Halloween!
You improve with every test, until the change the test to something entirely different. It looks like I might have to be a hose puller myself. The city is going to try and force us to become Public safety. What a nightmare....
I had to remodel my cottage, so I too got a very late start and a reduced budget. I'm just working on fine details and one new display. The kids are really excited. Hopefully the weather will hold.
No new decorations this year... Just took our Lt. test yesterday so was studying a ton for, did ok but could of done better.. Had to replace my deck , which started off as a redeck and turned into a total teardown. Still working on it 20' X 31' Trex. So looks like this year will be dull. have a ton of ideas and will start them when I get this deck completed. How about u?
