Quick question for you, does your Wicked Witch of the West lean forward? When I was at my local store tonight she leaned forward, because one of her poles was not inserted. What I'm getting at is she suppose to lean forward do you think? From your video it didn't appear to lean forward.

    Thanks again,

hi! saw while searching the forum for info on CFL's that you make you own version for out doors, a quick questions or two,, do they throw a fairly wide area of color? and with the soda bottles and the spot light holders, does it work pretty well for out doors, water proof wise? any info appreciated! need to have less power drain in the campground,, the regular floods are pretty draining. thanks!

    Hi,

I hope you're having a nice week. I recently noticed your video of the Spirit Halloween Wizard Of Oz Witch on YouTube. I wondered if you may be able to answer a few of my questions concerning her, because I'm very interested in purchasing her from Spirit Halloween this year. Does she appear to be as tall as it appeared in the video (i.e compared to the limb werewolf)? Secondly is her hair attached right to the head or is it glued onto the witch hat? One other quick question concerning the Popin Goblin, does it only say one saying or more? Great Spirit Halloween haul, by the way :)

    Thanks again,

I found my styrofoam on craigslist. It was one very long piece I had to cut into manageable sizes. The original piece was 24 ft long X 4 ft wide X 1 ft thick. I purchased it for $60. I think it was originally made for construction purposes or to be used as floating dock material. I don't know if there are any lakes near where you live? But if there is, people use this thick foam under their docks to make them float. I would look for companies that do dock construction and ask them where they get their foam or if they will sell it to you. Obviously check craigslist and look for a company in your area that might specialize in selling foam. I have never seen it at HomeDepot or Lowe's that thick. You might check with them to see if they can special order thicker foam. The thickest I have seen it here in Florida is 2 inches thick. But we are a warmer climate and they dont carry thick styrofoam here. I hope his helps?

Thanks for the friends request. If you look through the pumpkin hearse album you can see how I made the foam block as large as I did. It was actually created from 4 pieces of foam. Two pieces were 6 foot long by four foot wide by 1 foot thick. And two pieces 3 foot long by 4 foot wide by 1 foot thick. I just kinda made a hollow box (with no bottom or back side) out of the four pieces and carved the pumpkin out of that.

Hey there! Just floating thru and looking at your gardens....again! How is everything doing this year with the heat and lack of rain? One of my Fire and Ice hostas is doing very poorly. Looks like I may have to find another one to plant, I find this one is difficult to find. It was by chance that I came upon it at a nursery. Now that i have high speed, i'll get more of my Gothic Garden pictures up! I finally found the Ghost Spirit Hosta and the Ghost Fern! They are in my Gothic Garden. Do u have these? I look for plants with 'halloween' type names. Do you know of any other plants with names like these?

well, i had like around 30 halloween blow molds, and i thought i had the market on them. then gris came on and liked them and next thing i knew he blew me out of the water. 110 he said he had at one time, much more now. he's the one who told me to check out hilda on facebook. i was mesmerized. i think gris is the one who got hilda to join the forum. hilda introduced me to hermy. their haunts are fabulous. they're not as easy to come by around here. gris got me hooked on the Christmas ones a couple of years ago. they are easier to find around here, but still not as plentiful as around where gris lives. so i have admired your haunt for some time too. you have a lot of nice stuff. i'm no stranger to who you are. i was very tickled and flattered you joined. see you around the club.
