Trust me, it was a huge challenge. I made the sides out of 1 x 12 shelving board from Lowes. It took and entire day to get the 6 sides mittered to the right angles. I looked all over the internet for a pattern with angles and dimension for a beveled toe pincer but never found anything. The top was a lot easier. the rials were cut from 2 x 4s that were beveled on a table saw so i didn't have to make a compound miter. To make it also look good when Open, I back cut the rails so that the inside bevel matched the outside bevel. Next, I routed all the edges to give it a more finished appearance. Over all it took me 2 weekends to finish it but I'm happy with the way it turned out. I'v already told my family they will have to break my legs so that I can be buried in it.

I need to get a better pic of it. During the off season I store my skeletons in it. Most people keep there skeletons in the closet, I have a warehouse!
