Yes I made all the crypts you see in those photos.There is a company near me that makes commercial walk in freezers for restaurants and grocery stores and they use 4'x 8' x 4" thick blocks of insulation. They have piles of scrap they give away so they don't have to pay to put it in a landfill. My six small crypts all have two side panel, a door panel, a base and a "topper" so they come apart into pieces so I can break them down and store them easier. See attached image of basic design. I screw them together using 4" long screws. I paint the entire crypt dark grey then using a spray bottle with black paint diluted with about 50% water I spray most of the crypt and let the paint run. Then I do the same using a very light gray paint and water and then repeat again using the black and or light gray until I get the effect of lots of weathering.
