I made a hole with a box cutter in this foam skull from Dollar Tree and put a silver glitter candle in it.Pretty simple and I thought it would go good

I got everything from Dollar Tree for this.The ribbon say Trick R' Treat and has a picture of a candy corn on it.

Put Halloween stickers on a plain bottle and the tied the top with Halloween ribbon that I got from Dollar Tree.
