Attaching the panels to the frame of the carriage - while making it easy to remove for storage - required a hook and eye on each end of each cupboard.

oh my goodness, i have that head. i love your butler, i've always wanted one of those. i never would have thought to display the head like that. that is really cool

He always freaks us out too.........i'll have him set up in the garage before Halloween and everytime we open the door we get freaked out
