After making the ribs, attach a piece of cardboard to the inside of the wire ribs and duct tape in place.
The upper and lower arms were also made with the copper wire. I had a lot of it, so it wasn't a waste.
Use a piece of pipe insulation and zip ties for the spine.
Next, use scrap cardboard to make shoulder blades and attach an additional wire to the sterum piece to make the collar bones.
After making the ribs, attach a piece of cardboard to the inside of the wire ribs and duct tape in place.
Continue making ribs out of spare wire, attaching with duct tape as you work down the spine.
