I bought a bunch of these "Flameless Black Tea Lights" from Spirit last year, but they are sold out.
Does anyone know where I can get more?

I have found them in the past at Dollar Tree and at craft stores like Hobby Lobby and Michael's. I've seen them in 6 packs of all black and in 6 packs of 3 black/3 orange. I wouldn't make a special trip without calling first though--they may be sold out now.

Here is the UPC code. 764878754433. It is a clear box. Has 4 tea lights for $2.

Try Orientaltrading.com. They usually sell them in 12 packs of orange/black. Good luck!
