I'd prefer the larger 14 inch Spirit Ball. I don't care who is inside. They're all pretty cool. I lost three auctions on ebay last night, all going for around $40.

I read that last year they were sold at Ross Stores for $20. Are there any other places that sold them last year? B&M or Online stores?

Found the 9" Spirit Balls at AC Moore this weekend. The first one I went to only had one and it was the skeleton. The second AC Moore had two skeletons and one witch. They look like last year's stock. Boxes were a bit ripped and abused.

They were still full price. $39.99 but I used a 40% off coupon and got each for around $25.

Spirit Halloween had a bunch of them, various characters inside, that they put out for the first day they opened last year for their opening sale. Don't know if they were $20 but I'd say $20-30 on sale. I wouldn't be surprised if there aren't a few more left in the Spirit Halloween channels, and they make an appearance when the stores open this year....usually around Sept 1 or Labor Day. Keep checking their site for specifics. Oh, and heads up---Spirit only takes cash and credit card. No checks. At least that was the way it was in my local stores. Also I believe all purchases are final.

ROSS DRESS FOR LESS as someone already told you had them last year too. $19.99 for the white-haired guy with the microphone and maybe slightly less for the non-mic'd ones. I've already seen a number of items make a repeat appearance at Ross, so there's always a chance they might still get more in this year too.

I picked mine (the witch one) up at walgreens about 3 years ago. She was 19.99. Pretty cool looking buy kind of loud and annoying after a bit.
