My theme this year (2010) is the Killer Clown. But what I actually
wanted to ask is, that where can I buy false loose teeth. I was
first thinking of asking from some slaughter house for pig's teeth,
but it might be a bit too cruel. Any ideas?

There are a few good one's around:

You can buy huge ones on ebay starting with a 25' and up but they are a bit pricey:

I saw 10' webs at Big Lot's this week and you can also find similar ones on ebay for around $10.

The ones on eBay are pretty pricey, but they are easy to make yourself - we made a big one last year (that glows under black light) and it only cost us the price of the clothesline we used to make it with. How did you plan on setting it up? If you can anchor the cross ropes to something, you can probably whip one up in no time

Here is a pic of ours:

I made one a few years back with fuzzy black/gray yarn and it look soooo good since it was sort of feathery.

Crappy pic of it.
