The crystal ball witch has no problems. The cauldron one just makes annoying bubling noises that don't let her voice be heard.

I got one you can HAVE ,its broke,if you want to cover postage its yours.

I have a life size witch with cauldron and the adapter crapped out! Trying to find another one

What he meant was that the adapters just weren't giving the witches enough power so the newer ones without the wireless microphone option have stronger adapters new for 2009 and 2010 Spirit Halloween is said to sell them for 200 without the microphone. The crystal ball one is one of those gemmy props that only stay around for one season!!! And I agree Walmart sold them for 98 back in 2006. Also for the cauldron witch some people say that the cauldron would not fog but there is a section bellow the grate that must be Submerged completely in order for the lights and mist to turn on.

You can purchase the Gemmy Witch with misting cauldron from the Walmart website ($129 - excellent price) and Dr. Shivers is now being carried by Grandin Road ($199 - not that good, but not that bad either)
