Hey everyone. I'm an electronics newbie/no-bie, and I recently posted this thread looking for help making motion sensors that would work in the footpad jacks of recent Spirit props like Demonica, Lurching Vampire, etc. Had some good responses, and some very helpful folks gave me good info. The process by which a PIR triggers the prop makes sense to me, and I basically understand the necessary parts of the circuit. But upon purchasing those parts and attempting to create that circuit on my own, I've found I lack the working skills needed to get the job done. I also lack the time and patience it will take to improve before this Halloween.
(This post by Otaku is essentially what I tried and failed to create.)
So I'm putting this out to the HalloweenForum.com experts: I'd like to pay someone to build these things for me. Basically, I need five or six motion sensor prop triggers that will plug into the footpad jacks of my Spirit props. All of them will be used outdoors on Halloween night between 6-8 p.m., and sunset is usually around 6:45-7:00 p.m. by late October. I'd be happy to provide any other necessary info, I'm just looking for knowledgeable people to help me get this done. Thanks very much!
