Does anyone know of a better source for realistic eye balls? I have a few glass ones that I love but these acrylics looks great!

The eyes on that website are only 16mm in diameter. If you look on ebay, there are many listings for life-sized (1 inch diameter) human eyes similar to those, and the price is about the same overall.

Do you want to buy or do you want to make. I think monster guts is selling blank balls for eyes and there is a site for making eyes really cheap. I'll have to look for the site address.

My wife recently made eyes by printing out an iris on a regular inkjet printer and using clear nail polish to adhere it to a white ball. Turned out great! And super-cheap.

Michaels has a 4 pack of foam eyeballs (irises colored either green or yellow) for $1. They are not extremely realistic unless you coat them with a shiny clear coat, but they are extra easy to work with since they are foam and can be cut and melted easily.
Party City is carrying a pack of 10 or 12 plastic ones (blue iris only that I saw) for $1.99. They are roughly the same size as the Michaels ones, smaller than a Ping Pong ball, but they look to be similar material to a Ping Pong (thin plastic).
Now as far as making them:

I read your post and got to thinking that I should make some glass horror prop eyeballs. I've done a few eyeball themed marbles and paperweights, but you got me thinking that not everybody wants one that is decorated. So I went out and made three pairs of very basic half-round glass eyeballs. They are roughly life sized (I measured my eye in the mirror), and ground flat on the back. They are $18 for a pair on etsy, and if you mention halloweenForum in the buyers comments I'll kick a dollar back to this site for every pair. These things glow an eerie white with an LED flashlight behind them.
Even if you aren't interested in buying them, I'm starved for constructive feedback. Let me know what you think.
thanks

Those glass ones look really neat! Here's some inspiration:
