    How big and how cheap?

Dollar Tree has a few small gargoyle statues, not many and not much variety but there is some there! (At least the Dollar Tree here does)

The DollarTree ones are small, about 6 inches tall, and made from concrete-like material (so they're heavy), but they are pretty cool. They had 6 different poses when I picked them up a few years ago.

Also check Walgreens when they start setting up. I got a great fiberglass one with fabric wings about 14 inches tall (he's sitting like a dog leaning forward on his arms) for something like $15. No guarantees they'll carry them again this year, but I'd be willing to bet they will.

Oh! Check out the garden centers of the big stores... I've seen some really nice gargoyles in there and I think Home Depot even had some they were marked down for clearance... also check Big Lots (mostly angels if I remember, but you never know)

and Design Toscano's site too... they have cheap-ish to really expensive.

I am hoping for about 2 feet in height. Would rather prefer non concrete.
I am hoping under $50 each

They do have some awesome ones there. My only problem is I have little ones. I am afraid that they might run into it running around and have it fall on their head. That is why I was hoping for foam or plastic
