Go to a local sign shop and see if they have magnetic scraps. Also ask if they have any black vinyl scraps you can put over the magnets. You want the heavier magnets, not the cheap ones you find in Office Depot. Lowes has some preprinted car sale magnets that you could use but you'd still need something waterproof and black to cover it. You'd have to cut it by hand anyway, there are very few machines (even pro ones) that can actually cut full thickness magnet sheets. Most sign shops buy pre-cut rectangular blanks or use rolls to do car signs with (though there are some that can do custom shape cutting).

Cut out your own design from black contact paper and GooGone (NOT goofoff) and a soft cloth (not your nails) would take off the residue if there was any left when you remove...I'm a Halloween Bride! 10/31/2002
