I saw a post on here not long ago about purchasing the flickering on/off candles from dollar tree online...I just went to do this and they aren't expecting them for another 9months!
Anyone else know where i can get such a great deal from other then the dollar tree!? Please help me!

I was surprisingly pleased by how bright the LED candles bought from Oriental Trading were. I believe these are what I have as well as these.
If you have a Michael's craft store handy, using their standard 40% off coupon on theirs brings the price down quite a bit. Hobby Lobby carries them too, often at 50% off. One of my JoAnn's carries quite a selection, the others I've checked don't.

BlueFrog---Do you know what Michaels prices are? I'm looking for bulk similar to Oriental tradings...may have to order from them but i'm trying to find the cheapest!

It's been forever since I checked Michael's but if memory serves with the coupon the price was in the ballpark of OT's. However, if you're looking for a big bulk purchase rather than going in week after week to buy a package per coupon, I'd go with OT. I'm also pretty sure OT's were the brighter candles as well.

Here in Mass I have found them at Big Lot for $10 for a dozen. I would check out your discount stores near you.

Our local BJs has 3 dozen tea lights in a giant pack for $10-15... don't remember exactly what the price is. I keep looking at it but since there's no way to see how bright they are I probably won't. Most LED tea lights are really dull because they're using the same tech now that they were back when ultrabright LEDs were still expensive enough to make the price uncompetitive. So the OT ones are brighter than the ones everyone else in the world carries? I'll have to check those out.
I believe Walmart also has six packs of LED tea lights for a reasonable price. I tested those and they were the standard "atmospheric but not anywhere near as bright as a real candle".

I bought a dozen for my Halloween party. Not very cheap but they look awesome! Unfortunately half of them were stolen.
