Years ago spencers has a chandelier for sale durring the halloween season that they no longer sell and was wondering if anyone had an idea on how to make it.

What it did was:

1. Acted like a normal chadelier (stayed lit)
2. Started to flicker and shake
3. then shut off and droped to a certain hight
4. when it droped the lights kicked back on
5. started over.
