As most of you know, I just purchased my dream home. It's so serene plus it's in a very remote location with lots of land. At the time, I was so suprised to get it at such an affordable price. They were practically giving it away. Little did I know that there was an eerie reason why...................................
A few months after settling in I was noticing strange things happening while I was outside. I was always feeling as someone was watching me but no one was ever around. Other times I would feel a cold breeze go right through me but no rustling leaves in the trees. My husband would shrug off my paranoia as merely excitement of moving into a new location.
One day I was gardening and suddenly I felt as if someone touched my shoulders with icy hands that sent a shuddering chill right down into my soul. I decided since I kew so little abut the history of the land, that I would go and look at some records at the local library. What I found shocked me.
It turns out that in the ealry 1920's, a man named William Percer and his wife Elanor lived in that loacation. One day, William savagely murdered his wife in a fit of insanity. He was sent to an institution where he admitted to cutting up his beloved and burying her somwhere on his land. No one was able to recover the body.
I made copies of my evidence and brought it back for my husband to look at. He told me that it was just coincidence.
Disheartened I decided to cheer myself up with one of my favorite passtimes : taking pictures of my gardens. As I came to the front of the house, the air grew thick, heavy and cold. I felt a cold hand on my face as if someone was caressing my cheek. A voice, low and feminie whispered in my ear. "Ssssssssssssssssssammmmmanthhhhhhhhhhhhhhaaaaaaaa "......
I felt dispear in the pit of my stomach. With tears coming down my cheeks, I said in a shaky voice, "E-elanor?" I looked down, let out a blood curdling scream and tripped backwards. I scrambled up and ran to my car, shaking all over.
After calming down I realized that in my flight I somehow took a picture of what I saw. If you don't beleive what I witnessed, take a look for yourself and you be the judge.
Pictures to follow hopefully on thursday or friday.

Oh, Mistress of Glossyluv ....sorry I am dizzy!
I absolutely LOVE it! Your story was great and your photo is well matched.. Outdoor scene photo's for competition is something I will avoid in the future. But yours came out sooooo good. It looks very creepy and scary even in natural light. Which is/was my problem. My scene looks good lighted at night, but didn't transition well enough into photo's. So I have ended up using natural light too. But yours looks fantastic. LOve the bloody well/fountain.
Agree with your husband that you should keep it as a permenent display in your garden.
Bravo, well done!Today the Pond. Tomorrow The World!
