Yes it is Dee. He is big into Halloween. His daughter was even born on Halloween. Go figure. Thank you everyone. It was fun doing this.

Yup I seen a whole new side of Dee when he was on that show with several other celebrities to see who could make the transition to country singer! I sure enjoyed watching his performance of a country song>>>>it was wild!!lol

And I sure do like "The Messy Monster"!! I got scared when I looked at her picture there in the dark.......she did a great job!!

Ok here is my final entry. Please no more comments so people don't get confused

Ok, I am just starting to build props and I am using Bodybagging's latex. Maybe it will give me a few points. Here is the first picture and more to come. And like the other member who had a story to say, I have one too.

For many kids, being scared of the dark is just another obstacle we must all overcome. In time most of us learn that there are no monsters that lurk in the dark or creatures lying underneath our beds. And for most that is true. But what happens when those monsters we have come so often to believe only reside in our minds, actually do exist?

Hello, my name is Tabatha Barron and I am 38 year old female. That is T-A-B-A-T-H-A. This is my 40th+ session in counseling and my first at this location. I was forced to move yet again. My counselor has suggested that I again tell the incident which happened to me when I was four, since I am new here. I have told this story many times since, so please bear with me. The counselor is hoping that this will help me the more I tell the story, but I honestly don’t think it ever will. Please forgive my attitude; I don’t want to be here.

About 35 years ago my parents bought a house in St. Charles, Illinois just up from the river a ways. The house was small and so my older sister Reanna and I had to sleep in the same room. But we made the best of it. Of course being kids our room was also a mess and both of us refused to clean it.

My parents after day in and day out of seeing the mess decided to come in and talk to my sister and me about our messy room. They of course told us that it was unacceptable to have so many clothes lying around the room. We being kids decided to ignore them and the mess got larger. My father in his ultimate wisdom decided to punish us by not allowing us outside until we cleaned the room. It didn’t work.

This went on for many weeks until my grandmother came over one day. My grandmother only lived down the street from us. She had just lost grandpa to cancer a year ago, so she was all alone. So she made appoint to come over at least once a week. My sister and I just loved it when Grandma came over because she would bring us toys. But unrevealed to us, she knew about our messy room and that we were being punished for it, so there would be no toys this week. My sister and I were in our room when the door to our room slowly open and in walked grandma. Her face which was always happy and smiling changed to a disappointed look when she walked in our room. “This room is a pig sty”, she said in a snappy tone. Both my sister and I just kinda of looked at each other. “You know”, grandma said with a grin, “if you don’t clean your room the Messy Monster will come to get you.” “The Messy Monster”, we asked. “Yes, the Messy Monster hides in kids clothes and then comes to get little kids when they don’t clean their rooms.” “Grandma, we don’t believe you. There is no such thing as the Messy Monster!”, we said. “Mark my words”, grandma said while shaking her hand, “if you don’t clean up your room the Messy Monster will come to get both of you. I have warned you both!” And she left without saying another words. Both of us kids were kind of scared at first, but we just thought grandma is just making things up to scare us.

About 2 days later, about two in the morning my sister and I were in bed trying to sleep. Both of us were having trouble sleeping, which I couldn’t tell you why. The best way I can explain it is that it felt like we were being watched. Like every spot in our room was watching us. I turned to my sister and asked if she was sleeping, and she said Nope! I can’t either I said. It was then at that point where both of us heard a sound coming from the floor. It was the sound of clothes being moved to the side. Almost like something was moving thru them. My sister and I quickly popped up from the covers to see what was making the noise but we couldn’t see anything. The room was oh so dark and we couldn’t see a thing. I could start to feel my stomach tighten up. I low growl now encompassed our beds. Now the noises of cloths being moved to the side doubled and now I could feel the bed vibrate as the noises continued. My sister being scared jumped from her bed to mine, and we huddled together like we were trying to keep warm on a cold day. I kinda of glanced down at the floor for a second only to catch part of the clothes moving. I tried to scream but I couldn’t. And now the noises became louder and now we could see our clothes move off to the side like the tide going back to the sea. Slowly something started to come out of the clothes and reach for us. My sister let out a horrifying scream, that I could feel go thru me and shake every bone. Within seconds the door to our room flew open and the lights turned on. “What is going on here?”, our father said. Both of us looked down at the floor to see nothing but clothes. We pointed to where the void of clothes lay and told father it was the Messy Monster coming to get us, grandma said. “There was no such thing as a Messy Monster”, father said. “I have had enough of this. I want this room cleaned before morning, Now!”, he said.

When morning came my mother jokingly said you could have eaten off our floor. Not a sock anywhere. And that it stayed until we moved out for college. I think my parents actually thought that my grandma’s scare tactic worked, and that is the reason why we cleaned our room. But it wasn’t. When I turned ten my grandmother came to me just before she died in that summer and said, “The Messy Monster was real wasn’t it dear?” I could only shake my head yes. My sister and I have spoken many times of my Grandma’s story. It only scares us more knowing they might come for our kids as well.

Ok, i got it done. I wish I had more time and more luck. The 4 year old was too scared to be in the same room with the monsters so I had to use just her sister instead. Oh well, that is show biz. But I still paid the 4 year old for her time anyway.

Eventhough she was to afraid to take a picture with the monsters I still thank you her for at least trying. We had to tear down the monsters before she walked into the room.
