Pumpkinrot just featured your photos on his blog. Great lighting on your haunt. Looks like you've done this before.

Have you been in contact with anyone from Calhaunts? Several pro haunters in that group to network with.
My humble abode in the OC would love some of your talented creepology but finances are tight this year.

Wow, thank you everyone! JAYBO, I can't believe Pumpkinrot posted some of my pictures? What an HONOR!!!! Thanks for telling me that guy is AMAZING!!! I would love to work with Calhaunts Johan! hit me up!!! I do have to send out a special thank you to Vampire Lord, who got me connected to folks at Knott's Scary Farm! So far, they say I have an interview to be a set painter, and a props person, so that is very exciting. I owe many thanks to this board! I love you guys.

Totally inspiring...
A Tutorial on your apparition would be nice even if it's just some set up pics. Your version is a step up from Leota.
Can't wait to see more from you this year. Any progress pictures?"The name is Ash....housewares."

Thanks OperatingNurse! That's a real compliment. I was obviously inspired by madame leota. I think everything goes back to Haunted Mansion at some point! But I like to think that opening up the frame and being able to project onto the "crystal ball" and the figures body really added a lot, and made it a little different. It was really the help of my editor, and the special effects he could do that made things incredible. Being able to transform her from a person, to a skeleton, and then on fire!
Ironically, it was only a couple of months after I put this up, that the new Haunted Mansion Bride at Disneyland complete with projected arms debuted. I can't believe I didn't take video. I will have to set her up all over again and do it.
I wish I had a great house like I did back then to put all my stuff up and do another haunt. But alas, I'm sort of a drifter now. The lastest thing I am doing is perfecting my fake candles. I'll have to post pics soon!
