They are for 4th of July, but if you think you may be able to use them somehow for Halloween or otherwise, please PM me, to get them.

I agree, a little more info might be helpful. What exactly do you have and Where are you?

I am in Arroyo Seco, NM, North of Taos, NM, I have some Red, White and Blue Streamers, Garlands, Tissue paper Flowers that I hand made and some small American Flags.
There are 3 Bags of them.
If Anyone would like these, please take them off my hands.
