A previous post said it warped while it was in it's box in the store, doesn't sound very "Outdoorsie" to me.(Unless you happen to live on a high, dry desert.

Not my stuff ( I do own some) but I can answer a couple of the questions for you.
These are all made of cardboard.
Outside use, (unless you live in the desert) it would likely be on the 31st only, and put inside when the night is over.
Although using them for a party would probably work out, but still need to put inside before the dew falls.
Fit in a compact car ? No lol but thanks for asking, I needed that.
The arch inside the store did keel over, but was up for a couple weeks, in Florida."Okay, tell me something about Bobby that doesn't involve Halloween."

Similar to the mausoleum and alter, we were able to get the pieces to the Toxic Waste scene and a few of the other cardboard pieces that go along with it. They are made the same way with pretty sturdy cardboard - but we will be using them next year in our unfinished basement to create an indoor scene. I think you would have to put a good deal of money into a sealant that would help the cardboard withstand even outdoor air. Forget about rain. In general - they are great looking scenes - and can be altered or "kicked up a notch" as Emeril would say - with a little application of dry lock coating - or perhaps a support structure hidden inside using some PVC framing?). Maybe you can salvage keeping the pieces after all. They can slide under your bed - or in the back of a garage if you break things down. Duck tape and large plastic "painters" drop cloth could be used to seal it up and store. Otherwise - might consider posting it on E-Bay and make sure any buyer knows it would have to be boxed and shipped flat via UPS. Explain that it would have to be assembled when received. Buyer pays shipping - so it will not be your gas or headache to handle. Good luck.

Hi,
The main mausoleum and vampire's altar was up. The canopy for the mausoleum and the cemetary sign and posts have never been used. They were up in a store, never outside, though we intended to use them outside for approximately 6 hours, if it was not raining. Unfortunately the display will not fit in a compact car. It needs a van to transport or a large SUV
