    Here it is.

    http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...84.m1555.l2649

With a BIN price of $15,000 and a reserve that is even lower, who ever wins it will have one heck of a haunt.

I have it for local sale too so even a deal can be worked on the side. If seriously interested, get with me. It's a huge package that can be adjusted for some negotiating.

    Thanks,

    Tom

    I've lowered the reserve.
The current bidding is over the half way mark of meeting the reserve.

    Thanks again,

    thats awesome!

more than way out of my meager house/ yard budget though LOL

if you dont meet your reserve, you may be able to make more selling things off individually.

    Hey Witchymom,

    Thanks for the kind comment.
But don't count your house/yard haunt short. Any haunt is a great haunt if you and others are having fun. That's what it's all about.

I started from a house/yard haunt many years ago and everyone came back every year. Then I went pro. Now I plan to go back to that house/yard haunt. Just because I'm selling my pro haunt doesn't mean I can't spend one night having fun in my home haunt.
    Here's a true story...
Back when I was very young, my parents had a haunt in their garage. It was an open door haunt and you walked in to get your candy while seeing blacklight lit things and movement of props from the garage door opener and scary music in the background. My parents had the coolest haunt in the neighborhood is what everyone told me. Then over time they stopped doing it (we got older).
Many years later when I bought my own house, I started the same thing as my parents.
I also included them in my haunt to give out candy. It brought them back to the older days and they enjoyed it very much.
Now my mom is not with me any more so things have changed for me and my family. It's time for me to go back to the older days and recreate a home haunt but much smaller in size and such. I plan to ask my dad to join me once again in something he started when I was just a young kid. I want to relive my younger days with my dad and his younger days while he is still around to enjoy it. It will be like two kids in a candy store.

Sorry for the long story. I got carried away.
I want to sell everything at once because I have too much to sell seperately... even if it is at a lower price that it's all worth.
    Thanks again,
    Tom

    Lowered the reserve again.
I know time is getting close and just trying to give my haunt a new home.
I'm asking way less than I paid for it but in todays world, it's a buyers market.

    Good luck and Thank you.

Wow. Those are some great things. I'm with witchymom a little larger scale than I can afford or have room for. With only a little over a day left maybe bidders will go.crazy and you'll get close to what youre hoping for.

Sorry to hear about your mother. It sounds like some great memories with your parents. That started quite a tradition.I got my halloween obsession from my mother and have some special memories of coming home from school to a decorated home the first of October and some terrific handmade costumes.

Looks like your reserve was met... I guess you will have it sold.. I was going to tell you if you didn't, I would of been interested in it after this year haunt... i needed more stuf to expand my haunt.. So if things dont work out.. Keep me in mind.. Good luck tho.... Great price for all the stuff... Someone is going to get a deal of the year...

    Thanks Gypsy,
I'm hoping the bidding will go a little crazy but you never know.
And thanks for the kind words of my mom. Yes, I have great memories of them and when we did the haunt thing when I was a kid.
I'll probably build a lot smaller home haunt so my dad can be involved again. When I went pro, my parents really couldn't keep up with the busy schedule and such. But now I can slow down a bit and have dad be in the groove again. He's a little kid when it comes to Halloween, just like me (a 47 year old and 72 year old kid). :-)
    Thanks again,

    Tom

I can't count those chickens yet. I've learned in the past that people change their minds or just messin around with others. I hope it goes well but if not, I will get back with you.
Thank you for your encouraging words.
