Hospital type of mobile electric stimulator- this creepy thing really still works... made for U.S. Navy (Biomedical Engineering Dept.) by Ferno Wille in Williamsport PA. Plugs-in and was made to releave lower back pain (for war vets), has serial numbers, on wheels, seat comes apart, and UL listed label. Stainless steel and timer box, but looks cool and scary.
