    Sorry, I do not have a set price on this item. It is "worth" 1,000.00 according to the certificate. I am willing to look at offers and will sell it for much less. Just wanted to help fellow haunters out and not waste it. Rick from the SouthernHaunts.com website was the one that suggested I sell it.

    Let's just say I will take 500.00 or maybe less if I have to post a price.
