Trail of terror, what are you talking about? did he post something about throwing the unsolds away? Seems weird. I didnt want to, but opened a paypal claim for refund and its currently pending. It looks like the seller sent the refund to me and not paypal as a retrieval.

If he would just have contacted me, I wouldnt mind waiting a bit more but since he was new to the forum I was getting nervous not hearing from him in 11-12 days.

Im glad someone is at least getting what they paid for, wish I was in the same boat as I was one of the first to email him.

If you go back to his original post on the first page he updated it and stated he was going to take everything and toss it in a dumpster. Shame too because I wanted a couple of them, was just waiting on the invoice he was supposed to send to me. I think he became a little overwhelmed. It's a shame too because I really wanted those chin-up props. Selling and shipping a lot of items can be a major pain, been there, done that.

Exactly!!!! With my schedule it was more than a pain. I could never run an online business!

I am leaving again Friday and will be out of the country for 2 weeks. It looks like I will be paying the HOA fine for June so I might repost everything that is remaining in 2 weeks when I get back but with a disclaimer that shipping may take up to 2 - 3 weeks.....

Pyrohaunter, I am sure if you informed the HOA about your progress of clearing the stuff out they would lay off. I go thru the same stuff where I live. Not to offend the neighborhood I put the majority of my halloween stuff in the back yard and only a couple pieces in the front yard during Halloween. I can't even park my truck in the grass for more than 2 days without getting a complaint. I understand the concept of keeping up the appearance of the property but sometime people get too carried away. Maybe you need to join the HOA and vote to make some changes. The government does it. Rules can be changed.

Anyway when you get back give me a yell as I am interested in a few items.
