Due to overwhelming storage costs I've decided to sell a brunt of our building materials for our haunted house. I'm selling our walls, cemetery columns, church pew, handmade casket, monster mud creature with countdown sign, as well as many other items. This would be a GREAT start for those of you who are looking at starting your own home haunt OR if you're looking to add on to your commercial haunt. I'm hoping to get everything sold ASAP as it will cost me to store these items. I'm not looking to make much off these items, just looking for a decent offer to recoup some of the cost of the materials.

Seeing as most of these times are quite large, you'll have to come pick them up - I will not ship anything!

    ALL PRICES ARE NEGOTIABLE

Please E-MAIL ME if you are interested. DO NOT PM ME. My direct e-mail address is zachwiechmann@hotmail.com. If you feel more comfortable calling my cell is (319)269-9635.

    HAUNT WALLS
I've got around 50 4x8 wall panels that have 2x4 frames with plywood on ONE side. The plywood on them is around 1/2" though there are a few (Maybe 5) that have laun on them.

The panels are painted but NOT treated with fire retardant. Most are in good to fair shape, but some may need some TLC. Many have been used for 3+ seasons but some were brand new in 2009. I also have many 4x8 sheets (20-30?) of plywood to attach to the other sides of the walls.

    ASKING PRICE: $15.00 (Per wall)

    CEMETERY COLUMNS
These columns are 8' tall, 18" deep, and 2' wide. These were made in 2008 and have held up very well over the years. The lanterns on them broke at the end of the 2008 season and I never got around to buying new ones. There is a door on the back of each base which allows access to the electrical as well as a place for you to store sandbags to help prevent them from falling over.

They were made with 2x2s and 2x4s and covered with a thin plywood. They were then covered in a paint/sand mixture which gives it a realistic concrete look to them. They were then aged with watered down green and black paint. The backs of these were NOT aged.

    ASKING PRICE: $100.00

    CHURCH PEW

I bought a REAL church pew for our 2007 haunted house. I believe it is 8'+ long with wood back with a red cushion for the seat. It's in OK condition but does have some graffiti etched into it as well as some scratches from sitting in storage. If you wanted to take the time to sand it down, it would be a beautiful piece to add to your haunt.

    ASKING PRICE: $40.00

    HANDMADE CASKET

I personally made this casket I believe in 2007. It's around 7' long and 2' wide. It's large enough for a person to actually lay in. It is HEAVY, but very solid. The craftsmanship is OK (I'm no woodworker) but it looks fantastic with an actor in it in a dimly lit room. (Worked great for us!)

    ASKING PRICE: $100.00

    MONSTER MUD CREATURE

I built this monster mud creature for our 2007 show. It's around 8' tall with a solid wooden base. It was made using monster mud and burlap draped over a chicken wire frame. He has held up pretty well over the years but could use some TLC and a new paint job. He also comes with a countdown sign which allows you to count down the days until Halloween or until your haunt opens. The sign reads "FEAR IS HERE IN ## DAYS" The numbers are painted on small blocks of wood with velcro on the back. The numbers do have kind of a hard time holding on the the velcro on the sign, but that could be easily fixed.

ASKING PRICE: $50.00 (Includes monster, sign, and numbers)

    CEMETERY FENCE

I've got TONS of cemetery fencing. Not sure on the exact length, but I'd say over 50' of it. It consists of 1x4s with 1" pvc pipes that are 5' tall. they are spread out about every 6 inches I'd say. They are connected using 4x4 posts.

We've had this fence since 2005 and it has held up great just some minor paint touch ups every season.

    ASKING PRICE: $50.00

    SMALL CEMETERY PILLARS

I made two of these back in 2005 and only used them a few years. They are 4'+ tall and are around 14" deep by 14" wide. They are in rough shape, but with some TLC they would look great. I coated the top of the pillars with monster mud to give them a stone look. Unfortunate after it rained the MM started to chip away. Gargoyle and cemetery sign NOT included.

    HAUNTED HOUSE SIGN

I made this sign back in 2006. It's a simply 4x4 construction (Similar to house sale signs). I added a small little shelf on the bottom to allow space for bricks to be stacked to help keep the sign up. It's a great little sign just needs some paint to change the dates and times!

    ASKING PRICE: $15.00

    CLOWN FACE

I created this clown face as an entrance to our 2007 garage haunt. It was used for 3 seasons. It's constructed of 1/2 plywood. The over all height is around 11' to 12'. This is JUST the plywood face. The rest of the facade is not included.
