I found a real easy way to make a vacuum former. I'm wondering if you could use it to make skulls? IE: Mold the skull in plastic and then use a two part expanding foam mix and pour it into the mold, and seal it up tight until it's "cured"?

this application should work, a 1 gallon ice cream bucket with lid is my choice for the vacume chamber. You will need to spray the inside of the mold you make with a release agent (cooking spray works ok) or the expandable foam will stick to it. let us know how it turns out.
