Hi everyone, Yes new to the forum here and just in total awe of some o fthe members here and the creativity and talent I have seen. In browsing the forum and doing some research for solutions to things I came across Eerie's work on his Archway (2008), and Gothic Entry model. Then in his albums saw his Skeleton Sentries and Pumpkin Ghouls and my jaw pretty much bounced off my desk. WOW! Have sent him a message, but realize he doesn't seem to be real active on here as of late.. so I was wondering if anyone here could shed some light on how he might have made these incredible Skeleton Bodies etc. I'll try and attach the pics from his album of the Pumpkin Ghouls... Once again, I have to say how completely blown away I am by Eeries work...

I've been getting a heck of an education on here in creative solutions to things and my best guess is that the The Vine stand/legs is one part (metal/wood) which was then covered and made to look vine like. The uppder half I think may be a Partial "Bucky" that he corpseified in a unbelieveable manner. Not certian what the head is made from but my intial SWAG at it is a Fiberglass Pumpkin head with a Batery pack Led set for the eyes. The "Guts" I'm sure are real pumpkin guts and I don't know what else, or how they were glazed/preserved in such a way as to be used as he did. He had replied in a thread about new projects and said that he was reworking these, but haven't really seen much after that. I do hope he doesn't mind my saluting his work and trying to get a discussion on this particular project going a bit. Having read Terras corpsifiyng process for her buckylike fella I would guess he followed a simlilar kind of method although his corpsed "skin" is very different and scary good!

    WOW! Just WOW.
Although.....I'm not sure I like the bottom half, it's too sparse.
(he says fully realizing he lacks any skill to criticize but does so anyway )

The guts are great. Going to experiment with that. Just lots of glue and various seeds on fabric strips maybe?
That skin is just awesome though.

Wow these do look cool! The corpsing looks like the pantyhose and carpet latex style?

Ok I'm too much of a "N00b" I guess as I am not familiar with that. I will have to look into/research that. I have also joined the Haunt forum and am learning a few things over there. There is one guy that has created a "project/Character" he named a "Pumpkin thief" That may have some similarity in how this was made.. I'm going to try and link a pic of his finished creation of this below. Not saying that this is how the Pumkin Ghoul was done, but it is an interesting design.

The pantyhose corpsing I have no idea about either. But Im guessing it has something to do with stretching pantyhose over a bucky/blucky skeleton and cutting holes into it and putting carpet latex over it to make it more solid and not the mesh. Allowing you to paint over it with greens and browns and other rot colours. Seems to work great with larger pieces. Although if your doing a small party DrKreepy1 on YouTube has a great corpsing skull tutorial.
