Thread: Hacking a "Try Me" Button

I would like to put a "Hedge Shaker" into the chest of one of my zombies but the one I bought is "sound" activated. Is there any way to convert it to "motion" activated ? I thought maybe the wires from the try me button could somehow be attached to the DC power supply? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Cut the wires from the "Try Me" button as close to the button as you can, and wire up the motion sensor to that. The Try me button connects the circuit just as the motion sensor will.

the problem with the try me button is it turns it on then when pushed again it turns it off

Use a motion sensor security light perhaps?
