Thread: Spinning Wheel...?

Let me first say that I am completely dumb to tools in general, but I know someone who isn't so any instructions wouldn't be completely lost on me. I need a Spinning Wheel for a room in my haunt, but I don't know how to make one. It doesn't have to be used for spinning, but the wheel should move slightly. I thought it'd be easy to make with a bike tire and something or another... lol. Any ideas?

Just need it to spin freely? Like a grab and spin get a prize sort of deal? First thing that comes to mind is an artist's easel style stand with a big round wooden(?) wheel on a peg, and something to keep it from pulling off, but still allow it to spin.
