I took a little cheap plastic skull and painted a clown face on it. I am NOT an artist at all, but it looks decent. I was going to paint it with flourescent paint to glow under a black light, but the orange and red just looked the same, and the blue I guess was not blacklight reflective. So I am just going to put it under regular light.

I made a flying clown. Just used pool noodles and put a chiulds clown custome around it and put a mask on it. I then took a ceiling fan. Took the blades off, used a long I think it was a 1x2 about 6 foot long. Kind of looks like a helicopter blade over head and hung the light weight clown from it. Works fine, have to put a counter weight on the end of the boardd that the clown is not on.

    clowns in cages looks cool.

    Hope this helps
