My blucky's arm joints all broke! Any advice how to best fix them? I don't really want him to be too stiff as I need him to jiggle a bit for the scare factor (this haunt at least).

    Please lend me your expertise!

You can string the limbs together by just drilling/poking a hole next to the existing one and running a loop of string through.

I use wooden dowels. I use several methods depending on the load that the joint has to carry. For heavy loads I run the dowel the whole length of the bone and into the attaching part. It is solid but still has room for "play". For light loads, just a small section. Are these static?

Well how bad is it? Are the plugs at the end of the arms broken or are the shoulder holes too big? Why can't you just wrap ductape around the plug a few times.

If the plastic has gotten too weak or dry rotten, you might need to just buy another one.

If that is your only option you can get them really cheap doing a group buy. There is currently a group buy on bluckies for $9, here on the forum. But hopefully you wont need to purchase one, and can repair yours.

Yeah, I'm sure they all come pre-broken...or noobs like me break them trying to put them together not knowing how SOFT the plastic really is.....
the plugs at the end of the arms are broken...but I 'm sure there are more breaks to come. Halstaff - wonderful! i will try this as i am really beating up my Blucky with just demonstrating to people how my effect will work! Your TUT will really help!
