    I remember reading a tutorial about molding a skull with sand and flling with great stuff (I think) but I cant find that tutorial now.

    anyone have a link???

    I know you're looking for the skull tut, but I don't have that one, but I found this one to be very helpful, and it sould work with skulls too:
