I made these this year and it wasn't too hard to do. I just had to learn how to soldier. Which I suck at BTW. Rather than wire individual resistors for each light, I recommend you get these type of resistors: http://search.digikey.com/scripts/Dk...16R-1-471LF-ND

These are just plugged into the board and are much easier to use than soldiering the individual resistors to each of the 16 wires. This was a very satisfying build and would highly recommend you give it a try.
