Question Help with hair on corpse?

First time "corpser" here. So far I'm pleased with my first attempt to turn a $7 plastic skeleton into something spooky (see pic). However, I am really struggling with applying hair to the corpsed skeleton. I have two prop wigs (grey, black) from which I can take hair.

Can a more experienced "corpser" share a tried and true technique please?

Suggestions on the corpse itself are also welcome.

Many thanks in advance.

Hey Markk, I used hair from wigs I bought cheap after halloween one year on a couple of corpses and was happy with the results. I cut a small clump of hair from the wig to the length I wanted and then brushed on some liquid latex (I used liquid latex to corpsify my skeletons). I pressed the clump onto the skull near the top and spread the hair apart a little to thin it out. I continued to do this around the skull making sure not to be too careful or evenly place the hair to give the unkempt look (didn't want the corpse to look like he just returned from the stylist). After the latex dried a little I went back in with a brush and touched it up with the a couple of the colors I used on the skeleton to blend it all in. Good luck!
