I'm needing help painting this specific tombstone.
My materials include: magnolia coloured masonery paint, black paint dye..um.. oh yes, gray spray paint.
Normally I can work this out but the attempt to do some highlight and low light work resulted in me just painting most of the thing a dark gray :/
Help!

If you get some exterior white paint and "DRY" brush it over it, it will make an amazing difference. If you don't know what dry brushing is let me know . I'l explain it to you. If you go to my album you can see tombstones I've done with this effect. It really does make a difference. Aonther person's albu, to look at it Terra's. She has alot of tut's on hers. If you need more help let me know. I have become facinated with making tombstones.

Going to paint it light gray and try again. I have a dose of stones to do now so hopefully with the video tutorial I'll manage it.

Thanks Terra, I was looking for that video to show them. It's easier when you can see it instead of just tring to tell some one how to do it.
