lol well if I were to do it easily... otherwise, just attach a stick to the motor and the washer at the end of it as long as it rotates?

I needed a moment to think over it, you have to mind about that it probably will get out-of-balance, that it doesn't seam to appear to a normal FCG is while the motor has at least a very slow spinning.

And think about a fan, how will it look like if the ghost will lift and lower his arms and head 70, 80 or more times a minute - funny or?

The motor should spin at a rate that looks acceptable.

So I would need to get a decent motor... which I'm sure there's a thread on that somewhere on here. So, attach an "arm" to the rotating part of the motor so that the stick goes in a circle, at the end of the very end of the arm attach a washer with 3 holes in it...and then simply runs lines from the holes to the ghost?

    Yes!

Dont't think about buying expensive motors, if you're ghost will be not heavy, maybe it'll do a rotisseriemotor. Or go to a junkyard and get an old wipermotor - that would be ideal.

In Germany i buyed a motor which has 120 rpm at 12 V and I'm running it with 3,3 V out of an old ATX Computer Power Supply ( at now it can handle figures of about 400 grams - don't know it in lbs). - Now it makes approximately about 4 or 5 rpm and it costs only 6,95 € ~ 4,88 $.

I dont know if you can get such stuff in america.

Vielen Dank Peter! (I think that's right, my German is rusty.)

Ugh, I don't know how I just couldn't get over that mental block I had but now that I can picture it is just sounds so...easy, extremely easy and simple! I should be able to throw something like that in under an hour.,... I hope.
