Here I go again.

I recently salvaged the motor out of a food processor. It goes FAST. It runs right off of the 120v plug in the wall and has an attached fan (I can post a picture if that makes things easier). I am just getting into using electronics in my haunt so I'm not really sure how to use this wonderful motor. Any ideas would be great.
