Actually you can reverse values in VSA. It also allows for you to add an offset too.
Yes, I mounted my jaw servos in backwards....

The "Events" > Working With Events > Track Adjustments
Track Adjustments
During the creation of a routine, the animatronics hardware may be altered. Servo horns may be repositioned or motors may be wired differently. It may be useful to modify all events with the same transform. Track Adjustment allows events to be scaled or shifted together. For example, if track's motor were wired in reverse (so the motor spins in the opposite direction), all events could be transformed with a scale of negative one and an offset shift of zero. The result is that all movements would be reversed together and each event would not need to be modified individually.

Presets
There are two predefined presets: Custom and Servo Reverse. A Custom transformation allows you to define your own scale and offset parameters. A Servo Reverse transformation has preset a typical set of parameters need to effectively reverse the orientation of the servo or motor.
Track
All events in the selected track will be modified by the transformation.
Scale and Offset
All positions in the event will be updated according to the formula:
new_position = scale * old_position + offset
The minimum and maximum position values (see Device Settings) will be enforced after the transformation.
Update Settings
Certain transformations (e.g., Servo Reversing) often require that the Device's Settings be updated. Setting this to true will automatically transform the maximum, minimum, and default positions for the track (according to the same formula used for event positions (see above).Evil Bob

Hey EB, I got my upgrade for my VSA and wondered if you could send me the program you wrote for using the joystick to program my movements. One of my heads had some technically difficulties, my servo arm flew out of his mouth (forgot to tighten the bolt with my pliers) and then after repairing that another bolt came off. So after those two adjustments everything is off sync and will need to be reprogrammed. You would sure make my life easier if you could send that to me. Oh, and no rush at all, I'm not touching my heads for awhile.

Hey Dude!! All's good, glad to see your found a good home for your boys. Will you be building more heads for yourself also? If you do, add some moving eyes and take lots of pics. I have a mental pic in my head of how I might do this but like to see other's ideas too. Have you been going to the place I hooked you up with for your rods? My dh said he could have done them for me, just needed some new bracket or brace to hold the rod for our drill press. When I find out what exactly I need I'll let you know and then I'll drill them for ya.

Yea I used him for the first 4 for halloween, but I cant locate the other 3 I didnt use so I might be back there really soon to finish MsMeeples order. He does a great job, but if you would like to do it that would be totally awesome too!!
I never thought about using a drill press to do it, but now that I think of it it should work and be a heck of alot cheaper than a 400+ mini lathe. Im using the money I make off the skulls (Im really doing them for too cheap because it barely covers my material costs, doesnt even touch my time) to make another 5 or so 3-axis skulls for my yard haunt, IDK what for right now lol, but I guess I can use them for pretty much any theme. I wanted to do the pirate jail scene with the skeleton dog from ACC and animate it, but idk... after seein that fog powered cannon post I might have to change that around
. Glad to hear everythings good on your end!
Cmon HB you cant be lazy like me! Can you post video of the even partially working show, your such a tease (not like that geeze)

I got my download EvilBob. Thank you again. Now I can really have some fun animating my skulls. I think that the joystick is a much better way than the mouse drag method. I can't wait to try it out.
