Hope this is the right forum for this question.
I am building a crypt for my yard display. I built 4 independant walls. That are carriage bolted to one another. Hope thas clear. My overall demensions are 8' wide by 6' deep and 6 feet high without the roof.
i am bulding out of foam. I am stuck on the foam....I want to make it all so it can be disassembeled. I would love to be able to store the foam seperate from the wooden frame. I have looked up tutorials and found one with a link to a pdf and the link was broken. I watched hauntcasts video. and can't find anything on that part of it. I know I could use velcro but havent had much luck getting the velcro to adhere to the foam well. I am just drawiing a blank, If ths makes any sense and you can help I would be greatful. Thanks so much

Well, if you put a right angle bracket on each of the walls, then you would be able to do that and have easy tear down.

Why do you want to store the foam separately? Are you using sheets of foam? If you're using sheets, sink some bolt/washer assemblies into the foam so that they stick out far enough to go through the wooden frame and allow you to put a wing nut on the other end. Use epoxy to prevent the bolt from coming out or from being able to turn. Sink them in far enough that you can cover the holes with Spackle or foam, so that they match the rest of the area.

If I were you, I would gorilla glue the foam to the frame and store each wall independantly. If you store the foam by itself there's a great possibility it will get broken. If you store with the walls intact you may get chips or digs but not full blown breaks. There's several good foam videos on youtube, more specifically on the HauntItYourself page. They are a couple young adults from Canada that do some real nice foam work check it out. Also Chris Baker (Hauntcast) has a good video on his mausoleum. He made it all one piece I believe.
