For Halloween, I'm gonna be Jason Voorhees. I have a deluxe Freddy Krueger mask that I got from Spencers a few years ago. I was gonna stuff it somehow and carry it around like in Freddy.Vs. Jason. How would I do this without it being messy or expensive? Thanks.

First, do you want to keep the Freddy mask intack, or is it okay to alter it?
If you don't mind altering it, as in, it will never be worn as a mask again, then I would suggest a can of spray foam to fill in the empty cavity and come out the bottom. You'll want to secure the mask upside down and make sure you keep the shape of the head as consitant as possible, or else the pray foam will disfigure the mask as it expands. Also, it's okay to let as much foam as you want expand out the bottom (or neck) of the mask. This will just add to the gruesomeness later.
After the spray foam dries, you can carve it, secure things to it, whatever you want to do. Add part of a spine or some dangling "meat" from the neck - feel free to get creative. Once you've added your anatomy, paint it up with some flat reds and browns, and add some gloss here and there for fresh bood.
Now, if you feel the Freddy mask is a collector's item, or you want to keep it intact so you may use it for something else in the future, there are still some options. The easiest is probably to get a foam head (there are many different types and they're usually pretty cheap. I can find them at a Value Village for around $3.) Just stuff the foam head inside the mask, decorate the bottom to look gross, and you're ready to go.
The benefit of both of these foam methods is that you can secure things to the foam and you can add things like eyes, teeth, etc -- if you want to.
If these foam methods aren't to your liking, then just get some newspaper and cram it into the cavity of the mask, then take some fabric and let that hang out the neck.

I may do the newspaper and fabric thing. I have a red handkerchief to use for the stump. As for the Jason mask, my Bro in law's uncle has a mask that is Jason mask with nails in it. What kind of gloves should I wear? Do they sell fake eyes? Thanks.

Here a thought~ You could use liquid latex to simulate shards of skin at the base of the stump if you want realism. Paint some latex out on a piece of glass in various long shapes. When it dries, paint it, then , peel it up and attach it to the inside of the neck on the mask with a little more liquid latex. Touch up the backsides of the shards after they dry. It will wiggle around like skin, a more realistic illusion than say a fabric. After Halloween, just trim the latex back off with some scissors (if you want).
I can sell little bottles of latex if you cant find it near you.
Whatever you wind up doing, Have some Fun!
