No...The original mask I received was given to a friend. I had since dropped my claim with paypal when he told me he would send me something for all the issues, which was super nice of him to do, but...no word as of yet.
And with Halloween coming soon an the haunted houses starting soon, I need to get a few more masks ordered for the haunters before its too late to get them before then. I'd really like to see what he is capable of doing. Could bring in alot of business for him.

i dont know if you found a good mask yet or if this post is a very old one. but i seen that crap that dude sent you and i was on their web site and was very disapointed and unimpressed with what i saw on there.

but ike 2 years ago i stumbled upon this site that sells sillacone masks and they are very good masks. the only problem is they range anywhere from 400-600$ dempending on what mask you get but you are going to get something very good.

they are called compositefx and their web site is http://compositeeffects.com you will like what you see on there and i hope by giveing you this web site i was of some help to you. i lost my job and am in the middle of moveing so it is hard for me to afford one of these masks and i have been trying for years to save up enough money for one but can never seem to get enough so i stoped trying because i always fail to come through and it is a big let down.

but if i could help someone else by giveing them the site and the order and recive something good than im happy that someone at least got one lol so anyway there is the site link above hope you like it.

Foam latex is good...just a pain to have to put on everytime....silicone masks make it soooo much easier.

I am shifting this thread over to reviews and do hope that the company makes good on their replacement.

Product reviews as the thread was about the quality of the masks, but this technically covers how the company deals with complaints as well...

Some paint was missing from some areas. I tried emailing and calling him back but have gotten no answer as of yet.
From what I see, this mask is of good quality and workmanship. I don't know the price, but I have bought masks before and have not been satisfied with them. This one would work well in our haunted house.
Always scarying the YELL out of them.
