Hey folks, although I am new here, I thought I would just rant a bit about a recent buy I got off of Ebay. It was supposed to have "Free Shipping" first off... Yet I ended up spending 17 bucks to have it delivered. Not that big of a deal...

However, when receiving it was when I was really ticked off. First of, the thing looked like it was shoved in the box which was just barely big enough for the thing to fit. Then I noticed that the nose of the bust was smashed in. Also, it looks like someone tried to paint it, but decided not to and took most of the paint off. There are a few spots with gray paint, everything else is a gloss white. And the over all quality just plain stinks. There are big pumps throughout the thing and there are dents and paint from other things rubbing up against it.

Anyways, just thought I'd rant a little.

So give us the name of the seller so we can make sure not to order from them. You are right that does not look like the picture. sorry that happened darling.

SOMEBODY would be looking at some negative feedback. That's terrible. It almost looks like it wasn't made with the same mold as the promo pic. And the paint looks simply stupid. Sorry you got jacked like that, Fright.

I see your negative feedback to the vendor. Have you contacted them for a replacement? Id you paid with paypal have you made a claim??

No I haven't contacted them about replacing it.
I figure why waste my time.
I guess I'll just think twice next time.

You should demand a replacement or a partial refund for damaged goods. You can dispute with Paypal if you paid that way. The seller is going to be very pressed to explain why if they are stupid enough to refuse.

Front Yard Fright: I actually have this prop and his female "mate".....mine look really good, like they are supposed to, in the first pic. Somebody did a lousy paint job over that, it's a shame too, b/c they are really cool "ambient" H'ween decor. I know this thread is a almost a year old, but if you don't mind me asking, what did you pay for it? Maybe you can sand it a bit and re-paint it? It really stinks when you are expecting something cool like that and you get duped.
