On that note, I tried the SD card with the other projector I got from Amazon, the FastFox for $40. The FastFox pixels appear large and really stand out but the entire screen focuses very clear, even at distances over 10 ft away, much better than the HD projector. I will be using both to project onto my 2nd floor windows so the high resolution won't be necessary anyway. By the way, I am using Joann Fabrics platinum chiffon for the screen (per a youtube video review of screens, unable to remember the Youtube channel) and it works great.
Once converted to mp4, the resulting files are typically fairly small, around 30-50mb for a 3-4 min file. Most SD cards are at least 1GB (1000mb) so you'll have no problems whatsoever.
Note: if you convert to mp4, the resulting file end as a m4v. Simply rename the extension from "m4v" to "mp4" and you'll have no problems playing it
I have a video of the animation this FX machine gives. Since this was my first purchase and considering I projected it on my garage door (so huge) it did absolutely great for any beginner - plus my visitors stated over and over again "that is awesome". I guess, from a newbie, as long as my visitors are freaked out then I have done my job! I had one little girl refuse to go trick or treating and stood watching it for an hour + right smack dab in front. But I do guarantee that the more experienced I get the better and more expensive products will be required as I will notice myself the lack of quality from the cheaper passable ones I have now!
Only complaint from a beginner was the stand!

Just fyi, I stopped by my local Home Depot tonight and the projector is now $48 which makes a good deal a great deal for people starting out into projection displays. Get 'em while they last!
Thanks victor-eyd, This would make a great Christmas gift.
FYI... even better. Today 12/22, it's on clearance at least at my store for 34.50. After trying it out just now, I'm going back for a spare. My store had plenty of them. I'm not sure the general public knows what to do with them.
