I just got the Eliminator Lighting EF1000 "1000 watt" fog machine in the mail today. I bought it through Amazon for around $64 shipped. I fired it up tonight and I figured I'd do a quick review of my first impressions since I have not seen much on these foggers. http://www.eliminatorlighting.com/Pr...d Black Lights

It is built very well. The entire case and mounting brackets are metal. Everything feels solid and it has a nice weighty feel to it. One thing I did notice is that the heater has an external metal casing over the insulation. I haven't seen that before.

Initial heat up only took a few minutes. I did not run it to see how long it could go between bursts, but when it recycles, it only takes a minute or two to recover. Operation is very quiet. I was very happy with the fog output using no chiller and some Froggy's juice. The unit is rated at 4500 cfm. I don't have anything to compare it to outside of my Lite F/X 700 watt machine and this one definitely puts out more fog and recovers much quicker which I think is a huge bonus.

It does not appear to work with the standard Wal Mart/Target timers, so I'll probably order one of those as well.

Overall I am very happy with this fogger and I would definitely give it the thumbs up for the money.
